Select designs

Please send us your designs and required fabric details, colors and the size for the sample, or let us know the select design reference from our catalogs. 

If you are having NDA’s for your designs, we are happy to review. 

Sampling process

Based on your given designs and sizes, we start the pattern process. Incaseif you have your own pattern files we can accept that too with .DXF .RUL formats. 

Sampling – The sample lead time is 03 – 04 weeks. 
Sampling cost – Based on your designs, we will get you the quote for sampling. 

Delivery

If you have a courier account, we will arrange the package to the courier service. Incase if you do not have a courier account, we will provide you a quote for the courier as well. 

Sample delivery time – Approx. 03 to 06 working days. 

Courier partners – DHL, FedEx, UPS 

bulk orders

Once confirm and agree with the final invoice, we are good to go. 

Bulk lead time – 06 to 08 weeks. 

Bulk inspection – The customer is welcome to see the process and also the inspection while bulk order production. 

Payment term – We charge 50% from the bulk invoice as an advanced payment and the balance on delivery in Sri Lanka. 

Payment options – Bank TT, Stripe, Wise 

Bulk order reservation – It’s possible to reserve the production capacity for your bulk order in advance to meet your delivery dates and 10% booking fee is applicable. 

Cancellation – The order cancellation is accepted and the cancellation fee will be charged and it’s 30% from the bulk invoice. 

Delivery – We can arrange the delivery with our logistic partners and also bulk courier  options are available for fast delivery. 

Drop shipping – Not available.

Photoshoots – We can arrange the photoshoots with the models with an extra cost.
